Which languages and frameworks are supported?

The REST API is language-agnostic. We ship official SDKs for JavaScript / TypeScript, Python and PHP, and community SDKs for Ruby, Go and .NET. The JS embed works in React, Vue, Svelte, Angular and vanilla HTML.

How does catalogue sync work with my PIM or ERP?

Push products, variants and pricing to our API from your PIM/ERP, or let VisionThree pull from a documented endpoint. We also support Akeneo, Salsify and contentful-style content connectors on request.

What happens at checkout?

You own checkout. VisionThree emits a signed configuration payload (options, snapshot, price) that you post to your cart or order system. We also support Stripe and Adyen out of the box for direct checkout flows.

Is there an SLA and enterprise support?

Yes. Enterprise plans include 99.99% uptime SLA, dedicated success and solutions engineering, SSO, audit logs and private cloud deployments on request.

How long does an integration take?

A basic API integration takes about a week. Catalogue mapping and 3D asset onboarding typically take 2-6 weeks depending on category complexity and PIM structure.
