How we work
VisionThree is remote-first, with team members concentrated around San Francisco, Berlin, and London. We optimize for overlap hours rather than requiring everyone in one office: most teams share at least a few hours of real-time collaboration each day, with the rest of the day for focused, independent work.
We're a small company solving problems that touch real-time graphics, distributed pricing rules, and enterprise integrations, so we hire people who like ownership, are comfortable with ambiguity, and care about shipping things that customers actually use.
